DuPont™ Vespel® CR-6110 is the latest carbon fiber filled thermoplastic fluoropolymer for use in high-temperature operations and

in wet, aggressive semiconductor processes, such as wafer cleaning and resist stripping. Customers have reported that Vespel® CR-

6110 demonstrates excellent chemical resistance to common cleaning solutions such as SPM, SC-1 and SC-2 etc. Vespel® CR-6110 is

available upon request in wide variety of shapes (plaque, sheet, rod, ring, tube) and can also be machined for custom parts in various

applications.
